2017年12月3日,在第四屆世界互聯網大會上,中國、老撾、沙特、塞爾維亞、泰國、土耳其、阿聯酋等國家相關部門共同發起《“一帶一路”數字經濟國際合作倡議》,標志著“一帶一路”數字經濟合作開啟了新篇章。
為拓展數字經濟領域的合作,作為支持“一帶一路”倡議的相關國家,提出將會本著互聯互通、創新發展、開放合作、和諧包容、互利共贏的原則,探討共同利用數字機遇、應對挑戰,通過加強政策溝通、設施聯通、貿易暢通、資金融通和民心相通,致力于實現互聯互通的“數字絲綢之路”,打造互利共贏的“利益共同體”和共同發展繁榮的“命運共同體”?!冻h》中提出,推進國際標準化合作;增強在線交易的可用性、完整性、保密性和可靠性;鼓勵沿線各國加強交流、增進相互了解,加強政策制定、監管領域的合作,減少、消除或防止不必要的監管要求的差異,以釋放數字經濟的活力;支持維護互聯網全球屬性的信息通信技術政策,允許互聯網使用者依法自主選擇獲得在線信息、知識和服務;促進政府、企業、科研機構、行業組織等各方溝通交流、分享觀點,推動數字經濟合作。
